Pre employment drug screening is absolutely essential. An employee’s background check is always considered as the first line of assurance in the hiring process. The essential tools for this screening are pre-employment background screening, drug screening, employment verification, etc.
Employee drug testing programs help to protect the health and safety of all employees, and palliate the costs associated with having drug abusers on the payroll. This helps to provide early identification and the ability to refer employees with substance abuse problems for treatment. The programs that are integrated with drug education and treatment not prove to be an effective way of managing substance abuse, but also a valuable tool in achieving positive employee relations, delivering significant cost savings, and providing corporations with a competitive advantage.
However, this type of testing does not go without controversy. The problems that are directly attributed due to substance abuse are rising causing employee turnover, absenteeism, tardiness, on-the-job accidents, health benefit utilization and costs, workers compensation claims, inventory shrinkage and employee theft, lowered productivity and workplace violence.
Drug screening can be used in other applications like testing teens for drug abuse. You can do a high school drug test or athlete drug test.

HE’S duped the greatest auction houses for years and famously upstaged experts on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow.
Now master forger Martin Bengtsson, 77, is to open a ‘school of forgery’ so that he can pass on how to pass off an Old Master.
Mr Bengtsson, who lives in rural Cork, said: ‘My eye-sight is going but it’s not going to go that quick so I would like to teach people how to paint.
‘I lot of people ask me to teach them to paint and I can teach them to paint in the style of their favourite artist. I’m going to call it “The School of Forgery”.’
The former smuggler and movie stuntman claims his paintings have duped international auction houses Sotheby’s and Christie’s — and he reckons he could teach someone with basic skills to be able to copy the masters in a couple of weeks.
‘Someone with no skills or experience, I reckon it would take me a month. I think I could teach any one to paint,’ he continued.
Mr Bengtsson’ss own favourites for copying are Claude Monet, Paul Cezanne, English painter Richard Henry Nibbs and Irish artist Roderic O’Conor.
He revealed: ‘I’ve never made a fortune out of it because I’ve sold the paintings direct to people who asked me to do them.’
‘But I know some of the did end up at auction at Sotheby’s,
Christie’s and Bonham’s because an Irishman I used to sell a lot to told me.’ One proof of his skills was when he was asked to show how easy it was to fool the Antiques Roadshow.
He explained: ‘I brought in the paintings and their chief valuer said: “Ah, a Richard Henry Nibbs, this looks like fun”.
‘And then he looked at the other one and he said: “This looks from Antonio Jacobsen, 1890-96, New York”. I had to hold my tongue not to blurt out, “You idiot, it was last week in Somerset”.’
Mr Bengtsson has set up a mobile home on his land for the school and will take two or three students at a time.
‘The idea is that it would be nice income and a bit of fun, it’s the fun angle that interests me most

There are those that are electric, and those that run on gas ? usually propane. What type you use really depends on personal preference. A lot of people swear by the gas fryers for maximum flavor, but other people think that there really is no difference. As long as you buy a good quality turkey fryer and follow all of the directions, you are most likely going to get a delicious finished product.
Experienced cooks will tell you that one of the secrets to getting a good deep fried turkey is what you put on it before it goes into the fryer.

For example, a year or so ago while outside puttering in my garden I realized that gardening for me is not about the vegetables that come from the effort. In fact, given the rather paltry amount of produce that comes from my garden it would be far easier to simply go to a produce stand and purchase what I want. No, the process of digging in the soil, being out in nature, the whole experience of gardening is why I garden, and whatever comes out of the efforts in the form of food is a bonus.
Ok, so what if we apply this approach to the rest of life? As I tried this out on Sunday morning, I realized that the very experience of practicing 20 minutes of Yoga and Rodney Yee was sufficient onto itself when I let go on the notion that I was doing it to help stretch out my back so I could be better prepared for the day and especially for the upcoming volleyball tournament that starts on Monday evening.

Charges filed against ex-clerk in Jeannette
0 Comments | Tribune – Review / Pittsburgh Tribune – Review, Jul 23, 2010 | by Richard Gazarik
A former Jeannette city clerk was arrested Thursday by state agents and charged with theft and insurance fraud in what her attorney claims was retaliation to a whistleblower’s lawsuit she filed against the city.
Stella Rebitch, 51, was arraigned before District Judge Joseph DeMarchis in Jeannette and released on her own recognizance. She faces a preliminary hearing Aug. 6.
The criminal complaint claims Rebitch placed her ex-husband on the city’s health care plan while she was city clerk. She claimed in an application that Joseph Rebitch was her husband even though they had been divorced since 1997, the complaint states.
She was fired as city clerk in February and filed a lawsuit against city officials in April, charging her dismissal was the result of her exposing financial misdeeds by city council members, which left the city broke.
Rebitch charged that city council had misspent bond money earmarked for a flood-control project on legal fees and holiday decorations, and to balance the budget, which violated covenants imposed by the bonds.
Attorney David Millstein said Jeannette has provided health care for the spouses of employees and “significant others” as well.
“Stella Rebitch asked the insurance agent if he was allowed to be on the policy and she was told yes

Do this with extreme care as you do not want shampoo to seep into their eyes. You can cover their eyes with your hands and rinse in the direction away from their eyes. You can also use eye drops prescribed by your vet that will ward against any shampoo that has accidentally snuck into their eyes.
Continue this process by massage in a small amount of shampoo on their back working your way around their entire body. It is critical to rinse thoroughly so that you don?t have any shampoo build up that can be an itchy situation for your dog.
Dry them first with a towel as they shake their entire body as well.

If lying around loose, cords are a safety hazard for people to trip over.
Always keep your outdoor electrical connectors above ground and out of puddles. Each strand should have its own snugly fitting end connector for long runs.
The safest way to connect outdoor Christmas lights is to follow the lighting package instructions, and use the connectors provided. If you do need more, you can read the specifications on the package and find the exact type online or at your local store.
Anne Clarke writes numerous articles for websites on gardening, parenting, recreation, education and d?cor. Her background includes teaching and gardening. For more of her articles about holiday d?cor, please visit Christmas Lights Connectors.
